The Research Of H Province Special Equipment Safety Supervision

With the deepening reform of market regulation system,special equipment safety supervision management is facing many problems,due to the special equipment risk,liability,special,special equipment safety directly related to production safety and public security,once the accident or fault caused by casualties,economic losses are large,the spread of wide,social influence is bad.With the rapid growth of the number of special equipment and insufficient member of staff,moreover,H province is located in the key strategic zone,while ensuring the safety of people's lives and property in H province,maintaining good social order and economic stability,it is also particularly important to ensure a safe and stable environment around the capital.At present,H province is in the process of institutional reform and merger,so H province special equipment safety supervision needs to be a new change and transformation,so the research on H province special equipment safety supervision has important practical significance.Based on the special equipment safety supervision H province as the research object,the main research content is as follows.First of all,from safety and regulatory perspective,combing research safety regulation research status at domestic and foreign in detail,through the current H province special equipment safety supervision status of in-depth research and analysis,and explores the main problems;Secondly,based on PDCA theoretical model,the safety supervision of special equipment in H province is constructed,which is divided into four stages: accident prevention,safety preparation,safety verification and safety treatment.Then,according to the supervision model,the evaluation project and index system are determined.On the basis of the expert questionnaire,the index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Then,the evaluation system is comprehensively analyzed and compared by the fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation conclusion,reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the deficiencies in the current work,in order to provide certain basis and reference for the following research on the safety supervision of special equipment in H province.
