To gain sustainable development of an enterprise,it needs cooperation among internal departments in which human resource is a special component.It must match employees' ability and job positions well if it want to make good use of human resource.By studying the famous theories around the world,the author fully grasped the developing trend and the scientific method about the matching of employees and job positions at first.Next,the paper has carried on the detailed analysis to the Shannxi Postal enterprises.In order to seek for the question for the next step optimization,the author studied the present situation focus on three aspects,the setting of the positions,the selection of the employees and the matching of the employees and the positions.Then,through unifying the characteristic and the nature about the work in Gaoxin post enterprises,the paper proposes that the matching should insist the principles and the work content,and put forward an optimizing process to match employees and job positions in Gaoxin post enterprises.The optimizing process will improve effect in the whole through making the each step better.In order to make it real,the author conducts optimization by collecting materials,conducting position analysis,determining positions,consult the number,make matching steps etc.To improve effect of the optimization model,supplemental policy stimulation should be used to enhance matching between employees and positions.In the end the thesis put forward some problems should be noticed when applying the model and estimate the practice effects.
