Research On The Improvement Of A Company's Production Management

Production management is one of the most important functions in enterprises'operational management.Production management,revolving around the enterprise operation process and its related resources,through the planning and design,operation control and maintenance improvement to the operation system,is aimed to improve the quality,cost,on time delivery and customization of the enterprise,so as to enhance and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the fierce market environment,and to achieve sustainable survival and development.Company A is a foreign-funded enterprise that entered China's heating and ventilation industry later.It mainly produces pipe parts of industrial heating and ventilation equipment.This paper takes the production and operation management of enterprise A as the research object.This paper tries to introduce the theory and method of modern production management to improve the operation ability and level of enterprises,to reduce the cost and to improve the on time delivery rate.Through investigation and analysis,it is shown that because of the characteristics of small batch and customized production,there are many difficulties in production and management,such as inventory,cost,on time delivery and so on which finally cause customer complaints and even business loss.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems,combining with the environment and characteristics of enterprise production and management,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement goal and improvement plan from the point of view of production management.It includes:the improvement scheme of production organization structure,the improvement of production plan and control flow and method,the inventory control strategy,the improvement of field production unit and so on,and puts forward the steps and methods of implementation.The result shows that the improved scheme is targeted and with significant benefit.
