Production, as an essential step of all commodities, consumer may only concern inexpensive and good commodity. with a lot of production problems, such as the supply of raw materials on time or not, the quality ok or not, how to organize enterprise production plan for the market on many commodities. The production-oriented enterprises have to face these problems. With the changing consumer demand, market competition, manufacturing companies need to know how to deal with these problems. It is very necessary for research. Many companies are confused:Top manager always wants to get more and more orders, but manager have to digest these orders; on the other hand, customer delivery requirements as quickly as possible. There may be not on time with suppliers supply, there are always contend internal departments due to different interests, communication can’t be more efficient. Although there are always these problems, how to think about these issues more efficiency, trying to improve enterprise efficiency, it is really worth for exploring. This thesis would like to combine the company’s actual situation, optimize study the company’s production planning and material control. The main work is as follows:1, I introduced the basic situation of the company. for example, product, order status, special techniques and running processes. Special introduce five factory’s capacity for helping follow chapter. in addition, introduce the chart of company PMC department. Analyze the work function with PMC and other department. Special PMC and purchase department.2, As the case for arranging the company’s2011order, summarize four management problems:capacity estimating,order allocation, material control, production management, and each divided into several aspects.3, According to a series of the PMC management problems, focusing on strengthen the capacity of data, analyzing distribute order at some factor, to strengthen efforts for controlling the material and production orders and optimize efficiency measures, analysis these problems for using factory actual date.4. I made a strategic planning for company future development; and make prospect for the future production planning and material control development.focusing on the supply chain develop framework and cross-enterprise production planning and material control design in two sections.Although this study data from a particular company, but it is using meaning with related companies about production planning and material control.For other production companies also have some reference value.
