Policy Research On Promoting Tourism Festival Development In B District Of Wuxi

Since the 90s of last century,through more than 20 years of development,tourism festival activities has gradually become the country to promote the local economy and an important way to improve the local awareness,in the city of our country development status is rising,but also increasingly heavy domestic academic view.With its strong influence and communication power,tourism festival plays an important role in boosting consumption,improving tourism destination popularity,promoting urban cultural tourism and related industries development.Because tourism festival activities have strong economic spillover effect,has a public product attributes,so from the perspective of public policy of tourism festival activities can not be completely by the enterprise to undertake,the government plays an important role.This paper aims to explore the tourism festival activity definition,operation and policy analysis,Wuxi Taihu landscape cultural tourism festival and policy evaluation combined with the B District of Wuxi city has held,from policy cultivation of Japanese animation Tokyo Weifang International Kite Festival festival and Shandong government,exploring the B District of Wuxi city government to promote the development of tourism activities the festival,eventually formed the perfect policy to promote the development of tourism festivals.The thesis combines the domestic and foreign research documents,and studies the policy of Tourism Festival from the angle of the government's implementation of industrial policy.It has certain innovation,and its theoretical results have certain guiding significance for the government to formulate relevant policies.
