Policy Analysis Of Rural Tourism Industry Development In Hubei Province

Rural tourism,as a bridge connecting cities and villages,contributes to the flow of material resources and cultural resources between urban and rural areas,helps balance urban and rural development,narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,and promotes the sustainable development of rural economy,society and ecology.It is an indispensable part of the rural revitalization strategy.The development of rural tourism cannot be separated from the support of the government,let alone the policies.In order to develop the rural tourism industry,hubei province has formulated a series of policies for the development of rural tourism industry.Therefore,what are the policies of rural tourism industry in hubei province,whether the released policies meet the needs of development,what adjustments should be made and how to improve the policy system of rural tourism industry in hubei province are the contents of this paper.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,purpose,content and methods.The second chapter is the research status at home and abroad.The third chapter introduces relevant concepts and theories,including industrial policy,industrial development theory,rural tourism and rural tourism industrial policy,which lays a foundation for the following research.The fourth chapter analyzes the development of rural tourism industry in hubei province and points out its main problems.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the development process and content of rural tourism industry policy in hubei province.Firstly,it elaborates the development process of rural tourism industry policy in hubei province from three stages,and USES Nvivo software to carry out coding statistical analysis of the content of rural tourism industry policy in hubei province in recent ten years to find out its main characteristics.Chapter six,on the basis of the existing rural tourism industry policies in hubei province,designs and constructs the policy system framework of rural tourism industry in hubei province by applying the theory of industrial development and combining the framework of industrial policy system,and starting from the structure,layout,organization,supporting policies and other aspects of the rural tourism industry.The last chapter is mainly a review of the main points of this paper,as well as the deficiencies of this study and the prospect of rural tourism industry policy in hubei province in the future.
