| With the accelerating pace of urbanization in China,a large number of rural laborers have shifted to cities, resulting in a large amount of arable land and idle homesteads in rural areas. These phenomena have become the theoretical and practical problems that need to be solved urgently in rural China, and accelerating the process of rural land circulation has prompted The large-scale,intensive,and modern agricultural business model has become an inevitable trend in the future development of agriculture.Due to the complicated topography of Shanxi Province, there are great differences in socio-economic development in various regions. In order to promote the rapid development of rural land circulation in Shanxi Province,it is necessary to understand the status of rural land circulation in various regions. At present, there are many research literatures on land circulation in China's academic circles. Most of them focus on the issues of current status of land circulation, performance evaluation, and model selection. There are few studies on the regional differences in the circulation of agricultural land, and there is a lack of empirical evidence on the differences in land circulation in Shanxi Province.the study. Therefore, this paper empirically analyzes the regional differences in rural land circulation and the influencing factors of land circulation in Shanxi Province by using field surveys, questionnaires, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The analysis results are as follows:(1)Through the consolidation of literature and statistical data,it was found that Shanxi Province, under the impetus of the rural land system reform, actively promoted the rapid development of rural land circulation. At the end of August 2014,the province's rural land transfer area reached 14%,and the country's There is a certain gap in the overall level;there are overall differences in the circulation of land circulation in various regions of Shanxi Province, such as the level of circulation, circulation, and direction of flow.(2)Through on-the-spot investigations in five sample areas of Shenchi County,Taigu County,Yaodu District,Yonghe County, and Yongji City,it was found that circulation rates, turnover prices, circulation contracts, and land transfer deadlines existed in each region.Specific differences. The differences are as follows: 65% of the areas with the highestturnover rate, and only 26% of the lowest areas;the circulation prices in mountainous and hilly areas are lower than those in the plain areas, and the prices transferred to cooperatives and enterprises are higher than those of ordinary farmers;the participation of cooperatives and enterprises The circulation is more standardized than that between ordinary farmers;the circulation period of the five sample areas is mainly short-term,but there are obvious differences in the specific circulation period and the longest period.(3)Through the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of land circulation, eight main influencing indexes were identified, and the logistic binary regression model was used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of land circulation. The analysis results showed that: the age of farmer households,non-agricultural income, and labor force The number of the three indicators has a significant impact on the transfer of land from farmers;circulation prices, agricultural income, and mechanization have a significant impact on the transfer of farm households to the land. Finally, according to the results of the research, the article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems that arise during the investigation. However, there are some deficiencies in the study of this paper: Sample survey data collected somewhat less;the indicators of the analysis of the influencing factors mainly reflect the situation of the farmers themselves, lack of macro factors. |
