Study On The Status Quo Of Rural Land Circulation And Its Influencing Factors In Anyue County,Sichuan Province

Due to the rapid advancement of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas has continued to widen,and the contradiction between urban and rural dual structure trends has intensified.A large number of rural laborers have flooded into cities and towns,and the abandonment of agricultural land has been severe,which has seriously squandered China's cultivated land resources.In order to improve the abandonment of agricultural land,this paper takes Anyue County of Sichuan Province as an example to analyze the current situation of rural land circulation and its influencing factors,and deeply explore the reasons for the slow progress of rural land circulation in underdeveloped areas in southwestern hilly areas.Its influencing factors,and propose countermeasures to promote land circulation,attract relevant researchers to examine the sustainable development of land circulation policies from the perspective of the weak nature of agricultural production.First of all,this paper sorts out the natural economic conditions and land circulation development process of Anyue County.In the analysis of the current situation of rural land circulation,it is found that the land circulation process is slow,the land circulation service system fails to function,and the rural land circulation scale is relatively small.Small,the form of circulation is relatively simple,the standardization is lacking,the scale of land management,the degree of agricultural mechanization is low,and the rate of return on agricultural production is low.This paper starts from the yields of the three main types of crops managed by rural land circulation in Anyue County,and gives comparative advantages in food crops,cash crops and medicinal crops in terms of added value of agricultural products,scale of operation,technical requirements for planting and management,and policy support.Analysis,found that Anyue County land circulation to operate economic crops,especially fruit,although the technical requirements are slightly higher than the food crops,but the moderate scale of operation is better,the added value of products is higher,the risk is relatively low,it is more suitable as An Yue The county's rural circulation land comparative advantage industry is properly guided to develop.Secondly,this paper uses the data of 200 valid questionnaires obtained through questionnaires,and establishes a two-entry logistic regression model.After the screening ofvariables,the family endowment,economic characteristics,land characteristics,cognitive characteristics,and regions of farmers in Anyue County Logistic regression analysis was carried out on six categories of 12 factors including characteristics and social security level.Finally,the final empirical model was established by using five independent variables:non-agricultural labor force,land block number,mechanization degree,policy understanding degree and traffic convenience level.The specific impacts and causes of five factors on the rural land circulation in Anyue County.Finally,combined with the analysis of the current situation of land circulation in Anyue County and the empirical analysis of the influencing factors,this paper proposes several countermeasures to promote rural land circulation: First,the side increases the subsidies for agricultural production policies that benefit the public,so that farmers will not Insufficient funds and abandoning agricultural production lead to abandonment and other phenomena,appropriately increase the “ re-cultivation subsidies ” for abandoned agricultural land,encourage farmers to re-cultivate land or plant large households into land for re-cultivation,reduce waste of land resources;second,encourage farmers to participate in insurance ” "New Rural Insurance",in the rural social security system,appropriate increase of "unemployment insurance" or "landless insurance",etc.,increase the construction of rural infrastructure,reduce the gap between rural and urban residents in the provision of public goods;third,will The rural land circulation center and the land circulation service system are revitalized,reducing the transaction costs of both parties,increasing the information platform and arbitration institutions,and reducing the risk of information asymmetry.Fourth,moderately guiding several types of economic crop industries and improving the economic development of the agricultural industry.Ensure that the county's agricultural economy will not be in the market due to certain types of products And have a greater volatility;fifth,carry out professional and technical personnel to the countryside to help teach new farming labor force to improve breeding technologies to enhance the level of rural labor force growing Anyue County.
