Study On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation On The Trade Of Industrial Manufactured Goods Between China And ASEAN

ASEAN has always been an important trading partner of China,especially after the establishment of FTA between China and ASEAN,more than 90% of products have achieved zero tariffs,and bilateral trade development has entered a fast track.Trade in industrial manufactured goods has always played a very important role in the trade between the two sides,basically remaining at more than 60% of the annual trade volume.In the case of a tariff is no longer a bilateral trade barrier,trade facilitation measures became the important factors restricting the development of bilateral trade,bilateral trade in industrial manufactured goods because of its largest trade,affected by the degree of trade facilitation is biggest,establish a bilateral interest,simple and coordinating bilateral trade environment is the trend of The Times.Under the background of the increasingly high degree of economic globalization,trade barriers have been one of the major problems impeding the trade between the two countries,and also one of the hot fields in academic research.The research in this paper also analyzes the trade potential of industrial manufactured goods between China and ASEAN from the perspective of trade facilitation to the extent that the trade facilitation level will affect it.Based on the previous literature research results,this paper first extracted the trade facilitation level evaluation system with 12 secondary indicators including four primary indicators,including port efficiency,customs environment,regulatory environment and e-commerce,and calculated the trade facilitation level between China and seven ASEAN countries.Then four index of trade facilitation class as explained variable to expand of gravity model,contains the gravity model of trade facilitation variables,citing data from 1995 to 2015,China and ASEAN,with China's accession to the WTO for the node,a time-box has carried on the empirical analysis,results show that 4 first-level indicators,in addition to the regulatory environment,the remaining three level indexes and manufactured goods between China and ASEAN trade show positive correlation.According to the empirical results,this paper gives some Suggestions to promote the construction of bilateral port infrastructure,improve customs efficiency,harmonize regulatory environment and build a perfect e-commerce platform,which provides reference for the development of trade of industrial manufactured goods between China and ASEAN.
