In recent years,due to the rapid development of science and technology and production capacity,the level of consumer consumption has increased significantly,which results in intensiying competition among enterprises.Coupled with the tremendous changes in the external environment such as politics,economy,and society,the uncertainty of competition has greatly increased.At present stage of the development of China's market economy,the management of credit sales and accounts receivable is a problem that many enterprises must face now.The problem of corporate credit sales and accounts receivable management is one of the core issues of enterprise development.Jianyang District Automobile Forging Parts Factory has made good achievements by continuously improving the methods of credit sales and accounts receivable management,but there are also many obvious Management issues.This paper analyzes the current situation of credit sales and accounts receivable of Jianyang District Automobile Forging Parts Factory and finds that many problems,such as,weak awareness sense of credit sales and accounts receivable management,and delayed accounts receivable analysis and incomplete management.At the same time,from the perspective of customer enterprises,the factors affecting corporate credit sales and accounts receivable recovery are proposed,and the correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis methods are used to conduct empirical research on the data.The following conclusions can be drawn:the solvency,profitability,and the operational capability of the client enterprises are promoting the collection of accounts receivable of Jianyang District Automobile Forging Parts Factory.Finally,based on the empirical research,the improvement countermeasures for the credit sales and accounts receivable management of Jianyang District Automobile Forging Parts Factory are put forward:strengthen the credit sales and accounts receivable management and adopt different strategies in a targeted manner according to the status of customers' enterprise;analyze corporate credit sales and accounts receivable in time;improve the credit sales and accounts receivable management system;comprehensively evaluate customers' financial indicators and reduce bad debt losses.
