The Dilemma And Path Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Yanbian State

Since the party's 18th National Congress,in accordance with the deployment and requirements for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,with the precision poverty alleviation proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as a symbol,it shows that China's poverty alleviation and development has entered a new phase.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee regards rural poverty alleviation as the bottom line for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.It is clear that by 2020,China's rural poor will all be lifted out of poverty,and all the poor counties will achieve the goal of removing caps to address regional overall poverty.General Secretary Xi Jinping also proposed to resolutely win the fight against poverty in the 19th National Congress in 2017,which shows that the Central Government has resolved with greater determination to solve the problem of rural poverty.Yanbian is a less developed frontier ethnic minority area.Jeonju has four designated poverty-stricken counties(Longjing City,Helong City,Wangqing County,Antu County)and a provincial Dingxian County(Tumen City),304 poor villages,accounting for 20.4%in Jilin Province.Yanbian Prefecture is a very difficult area for poverty alleviation and development in China.The form of poverty alleviation is severe.For a long time,the Yanbian State Party Committee and State Government kept in mind the directives that General Secretary Xie proposed during the inspections in Yanbian that "all well-to-do level should not be less,and one nation should not be less".It attached great importance to poverty alleviation and made poverty alleviation the primary political task.We fully implemented the decision-making and deployment of the central government,vigorously implemented precision poverty alleviation,and achieved phased results in poverty alleviation work.However,we must continue to explore and practice how we can continue to implement this strategic thinking so that poverty alleviation can reach a higher level.Over the past four decades since reform and opening up,China has achieved remarkable results,but we must also realize that the tasks facing China' s development are still very serious,the gap between the rich and the poor has continued to expand,tens of millions of poor people have not yet emerged from poverty,and how everyone can share reform and development.Achievements,the days of prosperity and good days,and the realization of the ideal of common prosperity,it is of utmost importance how these issues are resolved during the successful completion of a well-to-do society.Under this situation,the strategic poverty alleviation strategy proposed by General Secretary Xi has provided scientific guidance and fundamental basis for the construction of a well-to-do society in underdeveloped areas across the country.It has a universal guiding role in the country,and it is more realistic in Yanbian and other underdeveloped border areas.Therefore,we must use the precise poverty alleviation strategy to solve the poverty problem in Yanbian Prefecture and contribute to the realization of an overall well-to-do society.
