Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Wei County Of Hebei Province Under The Background Of Building A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

Precision poverty alleviation is an effective way and an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all round way.Precision poverty alleviation is proposed for the past extensive poverty alleviation.In addition,according to the different poverty-stricken regional environment and different poverty-stricken peasant household conditions,Precision poverty alleviation adopts scientific and effective procedures to accurately identify,help and manage the poverty-stricken objects,simply speaking,who is poor,then support who.There are about 3 million poor people in Hebei Province,Wei County,which is one of the financial poverty-stricken counties in Hebei Province and poverty alleviation and development key counties,has a certain representativeness.This paper respectively uses the theory of Marxist anti-poverty,the theory of common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics and Xi Jinping's thought on Precision poverty alleviation to study the problem of precise poverty alleviation in Wei County,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.By using the method of field research,comparative analysis and literature research method,this paper introduces the connotation and theory of related definition about the precision poverty alleviation,which provides theoretical basis for precise poverty alleviation in Wei County.Meanwhile,according to the actual situation of precise poverty alleviation of Wei County,this paper also expounds the development and poverty situation of Wei County,affirms the achievements of Wei County in the aspects of comprehensive coverage,clear goal of poverty alleviation,parallel measures and precise exit from poverty alleviation.However,in the process of precise poverty alleviation,there are still some problems in Wei County,such as insufficient stability of poverty alleviation,low participation of poor people,the need to strengthen the construction of poverty alleviation team,the need to enhance brand awareness,and the need to standardize the use of poverty alleviation funds.In view of these problems and combined with the advanced experience of other countries at home and abroad for reference,some suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting the follow-up support mechanism,stimulating the motivation of farmers' participation,developing the practical and realistic work style,broadening the channels of support,enhancing the function of "professional cooperatives",giving full play to the leading role of "leading enterprises" and standardizing the use of poverty alleviation funds.
