The core competitiveness of an enterprise is the power to support the sustainable survival and development of the enterprise in a certain environment.In the increasingly competitive market environment,enterprises must quickly respond and get strategies that are different from their competitors,so that they can stay invincible.Based on the core competitiveness theory,this paper explores the improvement of the core competitiveness of XSE company and has positive significance for the growth and development of XSE company.XSE was established in May 2013,which is committed to the production of low-voltage power distribution equipment.XSE has adjusted the allocation of resources during the past 4 and a half years,and get more market share.But in the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic low-voltage distribution business,XSE company is in urgent need of maintaining the dual growth of turnover and profit.So how to take efficient competitive strategy to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue in XSE company in next few years.Firstly,by using Porter's Competition Analysis Model,this paper analyzes and evaluates the competitive position of XSE.By analyzing this company's R&D resource,production layout,the company's profitability,marketing model,to show the status of internal and external resource allocation,this paper summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of XSE.Secondly,this paper identifies the core competitiveness of XSE elements,establishes the evaluation index system for XSE,and to explore the core competence and competitive strategy.Finally,the paper discusses how to improve the core competitiveness of XSE,and gives the specific measures and methods.
