With the rapid development of Chinese construction industry,as the largest amount of construction materials,the commodity concrete industry has developed rapidly.It has taken only 30 years to complete the course that developed countries need more than a hundred years to complete.However,behind the rapid development,the commodity concrete industry has highlighted many problems,such as homogeneous disordered competition,low industrial concentration,and environmental pollution.In the environment of economic structural transformation and the emphasis on green development society,commodity concrete enterprises need to make great efforts if they want to survive and develop and achieve sustainable development in a fierce market competition.The core competence of enterprises is a necessary condition for sustainable development.Regardless of the confrontational competition or the cooperation competition among enterprises,the core competence has a crucial role.Core competence is the unique capabilities of a company relative to other companies that cannot be easily imitated,and can bring long-term key benefits to customers.Identifying and nurturing core competence can bring sustainable competitive advantages to the company,and thus achieve long-term sustainable development.As a national large-scale concrete enterprise,how to improve the current status and achieve sustainable development has become the focus of ZJ company.Firstly,this thesis sorts out the theoretical review of the value chain,core competence and the evaluation methods of the core competence,and proposes the overall research ideas of this thesis.Secondly,it introduces the industry profile,competitive environment and the major problems of ZJ company.Thirdly,it analyzes the composition of the value chain of concrete enterprises,extracts the constituent elements of the core competence of concrete enterprises based on the value chain,analyzes the status quo of core competitive factors between ZJ company and three competitors.Further,it proposes core competence evaluation models,establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system,builts a judgment matrix,calculats the weight of each index,single-factor evaluation,and obtains the final evaluation results.Finally,for the main problems of ZJ company,combined with the core competence evaluation results,proposed to seven ways to enhance the core competence of ZJ Company.In the current fierce competition in The concrete martet is highly competitive,cultivating core competitiveness and maintaining healthy and sustainable development,has become major issues that ZJ company need to take seriously.It is hoped that the research content of this article will help ZJ company to enhance their core competitiveness.At the same time,it also provides reference and reference for the analysis of the core competitiveness of other concrete enterprises.
