The shareholders of the company performance and the market value of listed companies is closely related to the interests of the company,so the financial goals transfer into value maximization.Then,market value management theory came into being.Market value management is a management activity that maximizes market value of listed companies to stabilize and enhance the market value of a company through the company's operation and management,full capital operation and good investor relations management.The purpose of market value management is to maintain the stability of the share price of the listed company,and make the outside recognize the value of the listed company.As a systematic strategic management method,the market value management of the listed company has been highly valued.There are many factors that affect the market value of listed companies,and the speed and with the continuous progress of science and technology of the people's access to information is constantly changing,and the influence of weight factors of market capitalization of listed companies are constantly changing,the market value of listed companies management put forward new challenges.At present,many domestic listed companies have problems of lack of strategic path,clear solvency increases,equity incentive is not enough,the lack of risk control in the market management process,especially in manufacturing enterprises at present are not optimistic about the capital market,which makes many listed manufacturing companies have excellent core competitiveness of enterprises,but did not have the matching value,which makes many listed manufacturing company shareholders dissatisfied with the current situation of the company's management.Taking windsurfing stock as an example,this paper analyzes the financial data of the company through EVA model,finds out the main problems and gives some reasonable suggestions.The article is mainly divided into five chapters:the first part of the introduction is to the research background,research significance,research status,to provide a basis for the following research,the second part of the theoretical basis is the connotation of market value management,The content of market value management and the commonly used market value management evaluation model are summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Then it analyzes the influencing factors of windsurfing stock market value management,points out the important measures of market value management in enterprises,and evaluates the current market value management level by using market value model.Finally,the evaluation results based on market value model are adopted.This paper studies the problems existing in the management of windsurfing shares market value.The fourth part is through the analysis of the above problems,puts forward the specific improvement strategy of windsurfing stock market value management,mainly from the company internal governance,capital operation,The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
