| In the knowledge economy era,when intangible capital such as knowledge is gradually replacing traditional factors of production,knowledge system is constantly enriching and spilling over,and the flow of talent continues to increase,it is getting harder and harder for the enterprises to get profits through expertise and technology barriers.In the face of the trend of economic globalization and the development of technology,enterprises can only survive on innovation.Companies face a more complex competitive environment.Enterprise innovation and development requires extensive use of external resources such as knowledge,talent and information to build their own knowledge system.Human is the subject of creating knowledge.Human capital development and management surrounding human has become a hot topic in the enterprise capital research as well as open innovation research.In the process of enterprise innovation,what are the composition and features of human capital,which participates in knowledge sharing and creation and innovation activities,and influences innovation performance?How would enterprises promote organizational innovation performance by utilizing knowledge management integrating obvious and hidden human capitals?This article is trying to answer these questions.The thesis adopts the theoretical and empirical research based on the knowledge management theory,human capital theory and theory innovation performance theory.From the perspective of knowledge management,the research analysis the relationship between knowledge management,human capital and innovation performance of enterprise deeply and systematically,using the method of Structural Equation Model with the assist of software including SPSS and AMOS.According to the knowledge elements,this paper divides human capital into obvious human capital and hidden human capital.From the perspective of knowledge management,discussing the relationship between human capital and innovation performance,and first proposing the mediating role and moderating effect of knowledge management,then establish the mediation and moderating hypothesis model.The results of this study show that firstly obvious and hidden human capital and its interaction on innovation performance has significant positive effect,and the latter is greater than the former.Secondly,knowledge management plays a partial mediating role between human capital and innovation performance.While there is a totally mediating effect between capital interaction and innovation performance.Thirdly,knowledge sharing positively influences on hidden human capital and innovation performance,that the moderating of knowledge creation between obvious human capital and innovation performance is non—significant.The results provide a reference and guidance in the process of innovation and development in human capital management and knowledge management for enterprise. |
