| The development of China's engineering supervision industry has gone through a glorious course of 30 years.The engineering supervision system has been gradually improved and the engineering supervision enterprises have gradually matured.A considerable number of large-scale engineering supervision enterprises have not only satisfied the current engineering supervision business,but also started to implement a more comprehensive business strategy and to transform and develop to other higher stages.This paper summarizes the development history of engineering supervision industry in China,and studies the transformation and development mode of engineering supervision enterprises based on the current situation,characteristics and similarities and differences of engineering supervision enterprises and engineering project management enterprises.This paper focuses on the transformation and development of engineering supervision enterprises to engineering project management enterprises.The main research contents are as follows:1.Summary of the development of engineering supervision enterprises in ChinaThis part mainly studies the establishment and development process of China's engineering supervision system,the existing operation mode of China's engineering supervision enterprises and the existing problems in the development.2.research on the characteristics of engineering project management enterprises in ChinaThis part mainly studies the characteristics,work content and system structure of engineering project management enterprises,the similarities and differences between engineering supervision enterprises and engineering project management enterprises,and their respective advantages.3.Transformation mode of engineering supervision enterprises to project management enterprisesThis part mainly through the analysis of several modes of transformation and development from engineering supervision enterprises to engineering project management enterprises,elaborates their respective characteristics and application scope,and draws the conclusion that the transformation from internal organizational structure of engineering supervision enterprises to engineering project management enterprises is the most feasible transformation mode at present.In addition,several key safeguards for transformation of engineering supervision enterprises to project management enterprises are also studied.4.Case study of transformation from engineering supervision enterprises to project management enterprisesThis part makes a case study on the transformation and development of Beijing Parker International Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.and studies its transformation situation and main measures in detail.Through the application of the project operation case after the transformation of the company,it studies the actual operation effect of this transformation mode. |
