The competition in K county's financial market has become increasingly fierce,especially with the continuous development of urbanization and the gradual reduction of the rural customer groups,which has aggravated this situation,the market has gradually evolved from a monopoly of rural credit cooperatives to a new pattern of competition among postal savings banks,village banks and rural credit cooperatives,which undoubtedly brings unprecedented challenges to the development of Rural Credit Cooperatives in k county of Henan Province.In this paper,K county rural credit cooperatives in Henan Province as the research object,first of all,the enterprise is faced with the internal and external environment,this paper analyzes in depth the macro-environment,industry and competition environment,market and customer situation,self-development survey,main resources and comparison with other industries of KXIAN rural credit cooperatives,the macro-environment mainly analyzes the current political and legal factors,socio-cultural and economic factors,demographic factors and information technology factors.The classification of customer groups in K county market lays a foundation for better implementation of customer service differentiation,and the analysis of internal and external environment contents provides a foundation for the selection and implementation of centralized differentiation competition strategy in the following chapters.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Kxian rural credit cooperatives with SWOT method,and puts forward that this enterprise should exert its own advantages,seize the development opportunities and meet the challenges,so as to make up for the shortage with development,through the regional concentration and customer concentration and the differentiation based on brand and customer service,the paper further demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of implementing the strategy of centralized differentiation.Finally,the implementation of centralized differentiated competitive strategy is mainly achieved through the optimization of network layout and resource integration,risk prevention and control,online and offline marketing,differentiated brand building and customer service,etc.,its main task is to build an online platform for comprehensive financial services,which is also the core of the implementation of centralized differentiated competition strategy,and is the focus of this article,only bybuilding an on-line comprehensive financial service platform with the deposit and loan market as the core and the development of other kinds of intermediary businesses can we break the original geographical restrictions,consolidate the stock market,continuously seize new markets and draw fresh water from outside the region,in the fierce competition in the industry to Obtain Competitive Advantage,reflect the customer service differences,in order to create a differentiated brand image.
