Research On The Optimization Of Project Management System Of XY Bank's Interbank Business Platform

As an innovative business of the rise and flourishing of China's commercial banks in recent years,interbank business has already become one of the most important driving forces of the increase of banks' revenue and profit.However,although the interbank business is developing fast and the profit is high,there is some implicit risk.Since 2014,financial supervision department represented by China Banking Regulatory Commission has issued a series of new regulations on interbank business supervision,repositioning and standardizing interbank business.Under the background of the new regulatory environment and the financial division of labor,there is huge uncertainty in front of the former interbank business development models.How to make full use of differences between financial institutions to seek complementary space and to promote transformation and development of interbank business in the future is an important issue for commercial banks.Some joint-stock banks represented by XY bank take the initiative,developing and gradually building up an interbank business platform which includes but is not limited to information communication,business matching,product sharing,advantage complementation.As the construction of XY interbank business platform project started earlier,after years' accumulation,the platform has explored a set of feasible project management schemes and has been continuously optimized in practical applications.There are still many problems in project manager interviews,stakeholder questionnaires,internal team observations,and statistical analysis,indicating that there are still many aspects to be improved,such as the integration of the project system,project cost,team communication,risk management and so on.Thus,aiming at the four causes of the problems summarized from the research and survey,this paper puts forward a detailed project management system optimization scheme for XY interbank business platform and every aspect of optimization involves specific project and product theories,tools such as WBS or Gantt charts,methods for resolving team conflicts,and so on.According to the order of project life cycle,it is divided into five main stages:initiation-planning-execution-monitoring-ending.The successful landing of the final optimized project has greatly improved the level of project operation and management of XY interbank business platform.This paper combines theory with practice,especially applies project management theory to the system optimization of innovative banking business,has certain innovative ideas in research content and methods,and also provides reference and inspiration for further research and discussion in the field of interbank business.
