In recent years,the supply of domestic products far cannot satisfy the current high quality,personalized consumer demand,in the high-end product mismatch between supply and demand,effective supply shortage has become the top priority of circulation to the side of the structural reform.The basic requirements of supply-side reform for supply chain are cooperative operation and flexible production.The collaborative supply chain members will make enterprises win more advantages in the fierce competition in the future,to ensure the stability of the coordination mechanism and continue to have to face the problem is how to properly solve the collaborative supply chain profit distribution.As the basis and origin of domestic trade circulation industry of the national economy,is experiencing a real sales management more difficult,the reality of online sales growth is slowing,O2 O online fusion realized the advantage of big data online and offline entities shop,as a new development trend of the current retailers.Therefore,in the context of China's supply-side reform,this paper studies the influence factors of profit distribution under the dominance of O2 O retailers,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions on how to build a smart supply chain.This paper is based on the characteristics of O2 O retail enterprise,which simplifies the model body into a single O2 O retailer and a single supplier.First,starting from the supplier whether open online sales,concentrated decision,decentralized decision making and profit sharing are analyzed under the optimal decision-making process,and to do some analysis and comparison,laid the foundation for the following;Second,negotiating position on Nash bargaining model and risk attitude affects the profit distribution coefficient theory expounded,and the introduction of fair entropy analysis of profit distribution effect,by Matlab numerical simulation analysis of channel structure,risk aversion and negotiating position for the profit distribution coefficient and the influence of fair entropy;Finally,through to the suning,analyzing the present situation and problems of the typical O2 O enterprises and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to improve the rationality of the profit allocation between the channel member,contributes to the long-term stability of supply chain development.Research shows that: first,whether suppliers opened direct channel,for the entire supply chain profit sharing can make profits and fairness,especially suppliers opened online direct marketing channels of the supply chain profit increment is always greater than not opened online direct marketing channels;Second,to avoid,in the risk attitudes of both of the two due to the cooperative game to increase profits and the ratio of the whole supply chain is equal to its bargaining position,under the condition of the attitude towards risk aversion one neutral,a risk neutral enterprises occupy the whole supply chain profit increment,but a transfer payment in between,the direction of the transfer payment and the size is determined by negotiating position,fair when the maximum entropy to evade parties negotiating position is relative taller;Third,the degree of risk aversion increased by only one party,the other side of the supply chain the assigned profit decline,but the allocation fairness,at this time by changing their risk aversion coefficient to deal with this kind of change,the result is not sure,depends on the ratio of the retailer and the supplier's bargaining position.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is to put forward corresponding Suggestions,which are the first respect for supplier profit and enhance the bargaining position.Second,build an e-commerce platform to provide convenient services;Third,strengthen government supervision and provide financing channels.It is hoped that China's circulation industry can successfully transform and realize sustainable development under the background of supply-side reform.
