Under the background of new retail, the model of supply chain which includes a supplier of fresh products,a third-party logistics enterprise,a retailer of fresh products began to emerge. The emergence of the new model has brought vitality to the market of fresh products, but it also faces big problems:there are simple transactions among the members of the supply chain, and the members make decisions for the purpose of maximizing their own profits, which results in the double marginal effects, and damages the overall profits of the supply chain.Cooperation is a possible way to change this situation, and is also the basic requirement for the coordinated development of supply chain. However, what kind of cooperation does the member have, whether cooperation can increase supply chain profits, and how to distribute the increased profits need to be considered and explored before decision-making.In response to these three questions, this paper conducted the following research:(1)Establish supply chain profit models with different cooperation modes, seek cooperation modes that increase supply chain profits, and explore the impact of cooperation on supply chain profits. The decision-making process of supply chain members under five cooperation modes(non-cooperation mode,two-party cooperation mode and three-party cooperation mode)is simulated by using Stackelberg model. The optimal price,fresh-keeping decision and the total profit of supply chain under different modes are obtained.By comparing the optimal decision-making and supply chain profit under different modes, the following conclusions can be drawn:the higher the degree of cooperation is,the lower the retail price of fresh products is,but the higher the effort level and supply chain profit are;we can get the biggest increase in supply chain profit by the three-party cooperation;but in the two-party cooperation, the third-party logistics companies or retailers should choose to cooperate with the suppliers to increase more profits;no matter who the supplier chooses to cooperate with, the profit of supply chain will be the same.(2)Based on the profits increased by cooperation, the profit distribution model under cooperation is further constructed to ensure the long-term stable operation of cooperation. The fair entropy method is introduced into the profit distribution of fresh supply chain, and the profit distribution models of two-party cooperation mode and three-party cooperation mode are constructed respectively. The effects of risk-taking,freshness-keeping effort, cooperative effort and corporate social responsibility on profit distribution are taken into account in the model,so that the practical application value of the model is higher. The profit distribution model based on fair entropy method can not only realize the rational distribution of profits, but also make the profits allocated of members higher than those obtained when they are not cooperative,so as to ensure the effective operation of cooperation.(3)The validity of the above model is proved by an example, which provides a reference for enterprises to choose cooperation and profit distribution after cooperation.Taking the fresh supply chain dominated by company H as an example, the profit of supply chain under different cooperation modes is calculated, and the necessity of supply chain members participating in cooperation is obtained. Then, the profits of the members participating in the cooperation are distributed.Distribution model can not only meet the fair expectations of supply chain members, but also increase their profits, which can be applied to the actual decision-making of enterprises. There are 11 figures,7 tables and 69 references in the paper.
