With the further development of reform and opening up and economic construction,people's living level is improving and living concept is changing,so there are various clothing brands on the market;the demand are more and more large;the requirements are more and more high.Although there are greatly potential customers and market in home clothing market,many foreign brands and new domestics enter the market.Therefore,how to implement the marketing strategy of products is more important in the face of fierce competition.This essay aims at the clothing of WZ Company.The introduction states the background and significance on clothing strategic research of WZ Group.It briefly introduces the contents,thoughts and methods of the passage.Then,based on the basic marketing theories,the essay describes the research situation of marketing strategies both home and foreign.Firstly,the article focus on the internal and external environment of clothing products of Company,including macro environment,industry environment.It analyzes deep the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of carrying out the product marketing in Company with SWOT Analysis in order to find out the existed problems and difficulties which established the basis for WZ Company.Secondly,the passage subdivides the market of Company's products,selects the targeting market and position the market.Then,it works out the marketing combined strategies from products,price,channel and promotion to expand the sales,the fame and competitiveness of company.Finally,the essay puts forward the measures to ensure implementation of WZ Clothing Company on marketing combined strategies.From the above analysis,the article expects to combine the marketing with WZ Company's practice;issues some solutions and ideas to the confronted problems of Company;offers some useful advice to the operating ideas and marketing strategies of WZ Company in future;gives some referred value to the peers.
