With the continuous upgrading of market demand,the people pay more and more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products.Coupled with the rapid growth of China's economy,the competition for agricultural products exports has become increasingly fierce.The quality requirements of imported agricultural products have also been continuously improved.How to effectively guarantee agricultural products quality safety has become an issue that every agricultural producer must consider.Company A is China's largest and most modernized plantation listed company and an important commodity grain production base.Studying the construction of agricultural product quality and safety system is of great significance for improving the quality and safety of agricultural products,protecting consumers' health,improving the quality management level of agricultural products enterprises,and enhancing the quality competitiveness of agricultural products.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the agricultural product quality and safety construction measures of Company A;analyze the inspiration of Company A's experience in agricultural product quality and safety construction to other enterprises;and put forward suggestions and measures to improve the quality and safety construction level of Company A.The significance of the research lies in: it is conducive to safeguarding the health of the people and improving the safety level of domestically produced agricultural products;and improving the competitiveness of the agricultural products of Company A.The research contents are as follows:firstly,the concepts of agricultural products,quality and quality safety,agricultural product quality and safety are defined,and the statistical quality management theory and total quality management theory are combined with the actual situation of A company's agricultural product quality and safety,from the overall development status,agriculture.Analyze the general situation of Company A from the perspectives of technical status and agricultural product management status,and discuss the implementation of agricultural product quality and safety production,processing,transportation and agricultural product quality safety standards from the perspectives of A company's agricultural product quality and safety management status and safety supervision status.Status,certification status,prevention and testing status.Secondly,based on the principles of objectivity,goal orientation,comprehensiveness,independence,and accessibility,the evaluation system of A company's agricultural product quality and safety system construction level was constructed.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weights,and the fuzzy evaluation analysis method was adopted.The conclusion that A company's agricultural product quality and safety system construction level is good is good.Finally,it puts forward measures to promote the improvement of A company's agricultural product quality and safety management,from improving the quality and safety awareness of A company employees,paying attention to the real-time monitoring of A company's production links,improving the standardization construction of A company's agricultural products,and improving the company A's agricultural products.Four aspects,such as the execution of quality and safety,propose specific countermeasures.
