Talent is the most basic and important resources,for an enterprise,how to put"people" into"talent" can be said to be the top priority,related to the enterprise long-term strategic development.The important content of human resource management in modern enterprises is staff training.Modern enterprises are more and more attention to the training of its staff,with the growing demand of staff training,various consultancy and training institutions have arisen.But because of the late start,the market competitions are lack of experience,guidance and related research.According to the actual situation of oneself give full play to its advantages in order to enhance the quality of service to participate in market competition,to forster their own core competitiveness,to effectively improve enterprise comprehensive strength,has become the education training institutions need to consider the problem of strategy seriously.Shaanxi Telecom training center belongs to China Telecom group,is Shaanxi communication service Limited Company(former Shaanxi telecom industrial company)of the secondly unit.With the China Telecom group system integration of telecom industry good assets and business,Shaanxi Telecom training center business unit operate independently,self financing.With the deepening of the communications industry reform and development,various communication enterprise has a strong demand for training,but also put forward higher requirements for training.In addition,for Shaanxi communication industry training market competition is very fierce,this requires Shaanxi Telecom training center must improve their service,and enhance the comprehensive power of their own,in order to participate in the competition,to provide service for communication enterprises.This paper is based on the relevant literature and documents,to further study of the service,the service quality and service quality gap model,introduces the situation of Shaanxi Telecom training center business and the application of service quality gap model on the training quality,to formulate specific strategy of Shaanxi Telecom training center,and try to improve the service quality,namely strategies include training needs analysis,training content,improve the improvement of teacher training,management and service facilities improved,and finally puts forward the measures of service quality improvement.This paper promotes the service quality of Shaanxi Telecom training center,in order to make it a unique place in the training industry competion,and standing.
