Research On Risk Management Of BMW Vehicle Navigation Project In Navinfo

After the reform and opening up,with the development of economy and the improvement of residents' income,the popularization rate of private cars in China is also increasing rapidly.The Ministry of Public Security Traffic Administration issued it on July 16,2018.By the end of June,the number of motor vehicles in China has reached as high as 319 million.There were 16.36 million newly registered vehicles in the first half of 2018 alone,up from 15.94 million in the same period last year,and continued to grow.With the increase of the proportion of vehicle ownership,it also provides a wider market for automotive parts suppliers.As one of the automotive parts,the on-board navigation system also has a more favorable development prospects.Not only that,from the point of view of traffic construction,while expanding road construction at all levels,our country is also constantly improving public transport facilities.Short-distance self-driving trips have become a fashion in recent years.Vehicle navigation system can provide a wealth of guidance services and other value-added services for private car owners.Compared with traditional automotive parts products,navigation products have more Internet factors and need to be supported by virtual data,which requires more flexibility in design,which brings new challenges to the risk management of vehicle navigation project.In this paper,the main tools and techniques of project risk management are used to discuss how to carry out risk management in the production process of the BMW vehicle navigation project of Navinfo Co.,Ltd.First of all,the main risk types and corresponding risk factors of the project are confirmed through internal interviews and expert discussions.The project decomposition structure and risk matrix are used to explain the risk of the project.Using brainstorming method and empirical judgment method to identify the relationship between risk;Secondly,give weight to the identified risk types and risk factors,and rank the project risks according to the analytic hierarchy process;third,adopt different measures to deal with the project risks according to the risk priority.Fourth,different risk control methods are proposed to monitor risk.Based on the risk management model and combining the characteristics of the vehicle navigation project,the paper summarizes the actual project management situation of the company,and finds out the feasible risk management ways within the company.Finally,the risk management system suitable for the enterprise internal project is established,which will provide the basic process and model for the company to establish the mature risk management system,and lay an important foundation for the further research in the future.
