As one of the traditional pillar industries and important livelihood industries in China's national economy, the textile industry, while bringing material wealth to people, consumes a large amount of energy and ranks first in light industry, resulting in greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide of the large amount of emissions. The global warming has become a serious challenge that humanity is currently facing. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and discuss the influencing factors of carbon emissions in the production process of textile enterprises and the calculation of carbon emission, which is of great practical significance to realize the energy-saving and emission-reducing of textile enterprises in the production process. The paper focuses on the carbon emissions from the key link of the textile production process(weaving and printing and dyeing).First of all,it elaborates the research background and significance of carbon emission in the production process of textile enterprises, and analyzes and summarizes the domestic and international research and application status of carbon emissions. And the main research content and structure of the paper are also given.Secondly,it expounds the concepts of low-carbon economy,low-carbon textiles and carbon emissions. The comparative analysis of carbon emission accounting standards and calculation methods provide clues and basis for the following research on the carbon emissions of textile production processes. In addition,it analyzes the weaving process(warping, sizing, threading, weaving, fabric inspection, etc.)and printing and dyeing process(singeing,desizing,scouring,bleaching,mercerizing,printing,dyeing,finishing,etc.).The factors influencing the carbon emissions in the weaving process are the electricity consumption of the weaving equipment, the sizing agent and the steam consumption. The factors influencing the carbon emission in the printing and dyeing process are electricity consumption of dyeing and printing equipment, dye auxiliaries, water and steam consumption, printing and dyeing wastewater deal with.Based on the emission factor method, the carbon emission calculation model for the weaving process and the carbon emission calculation model for the printing and dyeing process were constructed. Finally, taking a certain textile enterprise in Jiangyin as an example, through field research on this textile company, relevant data were collected, and the carbon emissions in the weaving and printing and dyeing sectors were calculated based on the calculation model of carbon emissions in the weaving and printing and dyeing sectors.Empirical research shows that: In the weaving process, the textile company has the highest carbon emissions from electricity consumption, which accounts for 65.9% of the total carbon emissions from the weaving process.Followed by the carbon emissions generated by steam consumption, accounting for 25.2% of the total carbon emissions in the weaving process.Again, the carbon emissions from the consumption of slurry additives accounted for only 8.9% of the total carbon emissions from the weaving process. In the printing and dyeing process,a textile enterprise produces the largest amount of carbon emissions from steam consumption, accounting for 37.3% of total carbon emissions from printing and dyeing. The second is carbon emissions from electricity consumption, accounting for 32.6% of the total carbon emissions from printing and dyeing. The other is carbon emissions from wastewater treatment, accounting for 14.4% of the total carbon emissions from printing and dyeing. In addition, carbon emissions from the consumption of dye auxiliaries cannot be ignored, accounting for 14.4% of total carbon emissions. In this regard, based on clean production, this paper respectively proposes measures to reduce carbon emissions in the weaving process and printing process.
