The Analysis Of Development And Strategy Of Textile Dyeing & Printing Industry Of Ningbo Region

This thesis introduced the development and present situation of the textile dyeing and printing industry of Ningbo region, as well as that of the situation in China. Then the types of the industry in Ningbo region were analyzed. The importance to Zhejiang province of the industry in this region was also characterized, including the area distributing analysis,and the importance of textile dyeing and printing in the whole textile and clothing industry was also analyzed. Main outer influence factors were listed and the opportunity and threat were marked by outer environment scanning;Main inner influence factors were listed and the strength and weakness were marked by inner environment scanning. Different development strategies were developed by analyzing the whole situation the industry faced. This thesis also analyzed the Ningbo Veken Group and Ningbo Shenzhou International Group as representational case. Finally, the corresponding countermeasure of the next development was drawn out according to the textile market in the U.S. and EU.
