Absorptive Capacity,Integration Ability,Network Relationship And Innovation Performance Of Small And Medium High-Technology Enterprises

In the era of rapid development of information and network economy,more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of absorbing and integrating external knowledge for their own innovation.At the historic economic turning point,increasing small and medium enterprises(SMEs)with diversified forms and innovative structures spring up to meet the needs of China's economic development.They have absorbed huge amounts of knowledge and talents,and become a new growth point of China's economic development.High-tech SMEs maximally assemble the most innovative people and talents of our country.The ability of knowledge absorption and integration is the core ability of knowledge intensive SMEs to maintain competitive advantage.With the consolidation of all aspects of infrastructure,the effective use of spillover knowledge has gradually become the key to the growth of enterprises to achieve their own innovation.In order to further study the influence extent of absorptive capacity and integration ability of enterprises on innovation performance,this paper puts forward three hypotheses based on the current situation of technological innovation of SMEs.To test these hypotheses,this paper divides the innovation performance into innovation efficiency and innovation efficiency.On the basis of the practice of previous studies,the ability to absorb external knowledge is divided into member absorptive capacity and organizational absorptive capacity in two dimensions.Besides,integration ability is divided into social skills and ability to cooperate,and network connectivity and network centrality are used to measure network relations.In this paper,'absorptive capacity—innovation performance','integration capability—innovation performance' are the two main paths of structural equation models in this paper.The innovation practice of 347 small and medium enterprises from more than ten high-tech industries are the research objects.After distributing questionnaires and comprehensively using AMOS and SPSS statistical analysis methods,I verified or overthrew initial hypothesis.The results show that external knowledge absorption and integration ability has a significant positive effect on innovation performance.Moreover,the absorptive ability and integration ability has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.Network relationship plays a negative regulatory role in the path of 'integration ability—innovation performance'.However,this effect is not very obvious.Network relationship has an obvious positive effect on the path of 'integration ability—innovation performance'.
