In recent years,China has made great progress in economic and social development,among which small and medium-sized enterprises(SMES)have also made contributions,playing a very important role in optimizing the economic structure,invigorating the market and promoting competition.However,due to its own limitations,especially the low ability to resist risks in accounting,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises present certain risks.Therefore,people pay attention to the financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprises.Financial risk is a kind of process risk in the development of an enterprise.With the continuous improvement of market economy,the competition between industries and enterprises is increasingly fierce,and various factors causing risks are constantly increasing,which further increases the financial risks of enterprises.Therefore,Chinese enterprises must pay enough attention to this aspect,and actively use scientific and effective methods to evaluate risk factors,so as to take targeted effective methods and measures to reduce or avoid losses caused by financial risks.In this paper,based on the actual development situation of E company and combined with relevant theories,the financial risk status of the company was analyzed,the existing risk factors and their causes were mastered,and targeted Suggestions and countermeasures were proposed.Based on the risk control theory and the actual situation of company E,this paper adopts appropriate methods to study its financial risk control.Through the research,it can not only provide relevant financial risk control data for company E,but also provide relevant reference for other enterprises,so that the whole industry attaches great importance to financial risk control and takes effective measures to avoid it,which is of great practical significance.This article first introduces the related situation of international and domestic research,especially for financial risk and its control,this paper analyzes the theory of which laid the foundation of research,and then according to the actual condition of the company's financial management,E study analyzes the financial risk factors,and the scientific evaluation,points out the cause of financial risk,and targeted to improve and perfect countermeasures and measures.
