The Analysis And Control About Financial Outsourcing Risk Of Small To Medium-sized Enterprises

Outsourcing financial analysis, risk management, based on the basic concepts and theories of financial outsourcing risk research and identify research program based on risk management theory, this paper is divided into four steps: risk identification- risk measurement- risk response- risk monitoring.Financial outsourcing risk identification analysis will use a flowchart, the first analysis of financial outsourcing Process flow chart analysis, and then sort of risk factors present in each process, trying to establish a sound SME finance outsourcing risk assessment system.According to the Financial Outsourcing Risk Evaluation System, trying to please financial outsourcing experts for each evaluation scoring, then AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation index weights, identify the main risks of SMEs in the financial outsourcing process. In a specific case analysis company, trying to build risk assessment model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the company’s financial outsourcing overall risk level.The main risks are found through risk identification and risk measurement, according to those risks, relevant measures are proposed, and the financial outsourcing risk monitoring system is established.
