Analysis And Design Of Agriculture-related Credit Management System

As a big agricultural country,China's agriculture,rural areas and peasants have become the bottleneck restricting the economic development.Promoting rural economic development and increasing farmers' income is the key to solving the three rural issues.At present,lacking of adequate financial support is the major factor affecting the rapid increase of farmers' income.Therefore,the establishment of a special agriculture-related credit management system to provide high-quality and efficient credit services for farmers and agriculture-related enterprises is conducive to promoting agricultural production and to the development of the rural economy.This paper aims at development of agriculture-credit management system that meets the needs of commercial banks' credit business departments,supports agricultural finance development,high reliability and stability,gives the system's demand analysis documents,and gives the system design and implementation process.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,basing on detailed investigation and analysis of the business process of agriculture-related credit management,combined with the requirements of the financial supervision department,the system performs functional demand analysis and performance requirement analysis.Secondly,based on the demand analysis,the system outline design is given,and the main modules such as customer management,credit management,contract management,account management,post-loan management and system management are given,and the hierarchical structure and the calling relationship between each sub-module is given.Thirdly,the database of the system is designed in combination with the data dictionary of the system requirements analysis stage and the designed system function modules.The E-R diagram of each entity of the system is given at first,then the E-R diagram is converted into the corresponding relational schema,and finally the corresponding database physical structure is given.Finally,the detailed design and implementation of each module of the system are presented.The implementation process of each sub-module of customer management,credit management,contract management,account management,post-loan management,system management and other modules is designed in detail,and the running code of each module and the key code of the implementation process are given.
