Study On System Of Export's Credit Management About Chinese Foreign Trade Enterprise

With the constant increase in international competition, the competitiveness of enterprises gradually into trade credit risk management rivalry, how to adapt to the environment and build their credit risk management system is the pressing issues. The thesis has firstly summarized the relatives and concepts of credit management and then analyzed the actual, existent problem and the causes of these problems of credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprise. Third, this thesis has adopted methods of the combination of normal analysis and the causes of credit management; used foreign theories and models of credit risk management for reference; combined the characteristic of Chinese foreign trade; analyzed the key link in the export business of its accounts ,tried to design the system of customer's credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprise and emphasized the modeling , mainly adopting a multi-fuzzy analysis method, of Cluster Analysis, quantitative and qualitative combining ,for foreign trade enterprises to provide practicable Credit Risk governance program. Finally explored creation foreign trade enterprises credit risk management system need to be further studied problems.
