Analysis Of Factors Influencing Venture Capital Return Rate

Since the rise of venture capital industry in the United States in 1946,the whole industry has been developing for more than 70 years from a global perspective,but compared with other industries,the venture capital industry is still a new industry.However,China's venture capital industry emerged in 1984,so far only 30 years of development.This paper aims to find out the investment behavior factors that influence the efficiency of venture capital investment by sorting out,statistics and analysis of public data information,so as to provide reference significance for venture capital institutions and private equity parent fund investment decisions.Based on 134 groups of data information publicly empirical regression analysis,found that at present our country venture capital yield related to the nature of venture capital institutions and exit manner,and the organization form of investment institutions,set up time,hold time,initial investment,stakes,and no significant correlation between distance,where the project is located.The return rate of venture capital institutions with state-owned background is lower,and m&a as an exit method can bring higher return rate.
