Research On The Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Industrial Fixed Assets Investment In Hebei Province

The economic development of Hebei Province has entered the critical period of climbing over the slope and the painful period of development.Because of the influence of the change of the environment of economic development and the accumulation of self-contradiction problems,the pulling effect of fixed assets investment on the economy has been weakened.There are also some new changes in the structure and efficiency of industrial fixed assets investment.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply analyze the changes of industrial fixed assets investment efficiency in Hebei Province under the new situation,find out the main factors affecting the efficiency of industrial fixed assets investment,and put forward measures to promote the efficiency of industrial investment.Taking the investment efficiency of industrial fixed assets in Hebei Province as the research object,this paper studies its changes and influencing factors.Firstly,the investment structure and industrial structure changes of the three industries are analyzed,and the general situation of fixed assets investment changes of the three industries in Hebei Province is basically grasped.Then,the investment efficiency of the three industries and their internal industries is analyzed by using the non-parametric malmquist-DEA index method in DEAP2.1 software,and the three industries are obtained.Total factor productivity value is decomposed into technical efficiency index and technological progress index,in which the technical efficiency index can be decomposed into pure technical efficiency index and scale efficiency index to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of fixed assets investment from the internal perspective.Secondly,using Wurgler model and panel data model in EViews 8.0,the efficiency of capital allocation in the secondary industry and its impact the factors are measured and analyzed.The factors selected in the analysis are industry profits,number of enterprises,investment in scientific research funds,main business costs and liabilities.Finally,combined with the situation of industrial investment efficiency in Hebei Province and the results of empirical analysis,the factors affecting the efficiency of industrial fixed assets investment are found,and the promotion of industrial fixed assets is put forward.measures to improve efficiency.
