With the rapid development of the Internet economy,e-commerce emerges as the times require and plays a very important role in current era.As e-commerce entry threshold is relatively low relative to the real economy,more and more start-ups also join the e-commerce industry.All these indicate that the competition between enterprises in the industry is more and more intense,which strengthens the sense of crisis of the domestic start-ups,and the survival and development of enterprises will also face many problems.On this basis,this paper is mainly based on the related theories of enterprise strategic management,and takes HT company for one year as an example to analyze the development of the start-ups.Through the analysis method of PEST and five force model,this paper analyzes the present situation of the macro environment and the existing competitive power of the e-commerce industry.Through the SWOT analysis,it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of HT company and the opportunity threat of the external environment to understand the problems encountered in the development process and combine with the HT.The company's own development characteristics,put forward different levels of strategic choice and implementation of strategy,so as to promote the long-term development of HT start-ups.After this article,we also hope to provide a certain reference value and practical significance for the start-ups like HT company which has just entered the e-commerce market and are in urgent need of development opportunities to promote their sustainable development.
