In the rapid development of rural financial business in China,rural finance has gradually formed a system based on formal financial institutions,working with informal financial institutions and a huge change in customer relationship management methods,although Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank has also achieved rapid development of.However,Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank has paid insufficient attention to the construction of customer relationship management in the rapid development,which has caused problems such as the inability of Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank to efficiently absorb low-cost funds,the difficulty of small and micro enterprise customers,high operating costs and simple customer management.Therefore,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the macro environment,industry environment and internal resources of Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank,and then analyzes the current situation of customer relationship management of Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank through questionnaire sur vey and comparative analysis,and finds Guizhou HX Farm In terms of customer relationship management,firms have traditional management philosophy,backward management methods and technologies,single management channels,low customer loyalty and stickiness,inconsistent customer management standards and unreasonable internal institutions.Based on the actual development of Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank,this study proposes to change the traditional customer relationship management concept,analyze the customer's individual needs,expand the customer relationship management channel and improve the internal organization and the improvement of the customer relationship management of Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank.Guide employees to change customer relationship management thinking and other suggestions,and hope to improve the customer relationship management level of Guizhou HX Rural Commercial Bank to meet the development needs of the organization.
