Research On Development Countermeasures Of Facilities Agriculture In Northern Fujian Province Based On SWOT Analysis

Facility agriculture is one of the important indicators to measure the development level of agricultural productivity in a country or region.As a product of a certain stage of modern industrial development,it is one of the important links to accelerate the promotion of the "village strategy"and an important means to achieve agricultural production increase and farmers' income increase.The paper mainly studies the development of facility agriculture in the northern region of Fujian Province.Firstly,it studies the current development status of facility agriculture at home and abroad,and summarizes and reviews the literature research on facility agriculture development.Later,through the investigation of the development of facility agriculture in Fujian Province and its northern region,the basic ideas,methods and routes of the thesis research were formed,and the basic framework of the thesis was constructed.Secondly,it expounds the concept and characteristics of facility agriculture and the agricultural theory that may be used in the research of facility agriculture,and builds the theoretical basis of the thesis research.Meanwhile,in order to further obtain beneficial experience for the construction of facility agriculture in northern region of Fujian province,the paper also selects the successful cases of three regions in the world,such as the Netherlands,Israel and Japan,and other domestic cities with good facility agriculture,such as Shouguang,Shenyang and Ningde.From those cases,it is preliminarily concluded that the development of facility agriculture in the northern region of Fujian province should be exerted in the areas of government support,technical support,and financial support.Under the foundation of the above work,the paper researches the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats(SWOT)of development of facility agriculture in northern region of Fujian province,and constructs the SWOT matrix.The linear regression is used to analysis weight of strength,weakness,opportunities and threats.The weight analysis shows the focus of the development of facility agriculture in the northern region of Fujian province.Finally,combined with the above work and the reality of facility agriculture in the northern region of Fujian Province,this paper proposes the "four further" suggestions and countermeasures for the development of facility agriculture in northern region of Fujian province:First,further Strengthening the macro control of government,second,further playing the leading role of science and technology,third,further increasing the support of funds,and fourth,further promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
