An Analysis On Present Situation And Developmental Countermeasures Of Facility Horticulture In Fujian Province

The facility agriculture is an important symbol of agricultural modernization,vigorously developing the facility agriculture is significant to increase farmers' income,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and improve the level of agricultural modernization in our country.Therefore,as one part of facility agriculture,the development of facility cultivation in Fujian province is taken as the study case to be researched and analyzed from the perspective of Economics.After investigating the facility horticulture in some regions and counties and reviewing the relevant literatures,we analyze the scale,type,obtained benefits of facility cultivation in Fujian province in recent years.And it is found that developing facility cultivation play an important role in some aspects,such as modernizing the agriculture,increasing farmers' income,meeting the living needs of citizens,protecting ecological environment and exerting comparative advantages.Meanwhile we also analyze the existing problems that restrict the development of facility cultivation in Fujian province,such as facility and equipment level,supporting policies,land transfer,ability of technical support,industrialization and market system.Lastly,considering the problems in the developing process,the excellent experience at home and abroad and the situation of Fujian province,the author put forward an idea which is using the industrialization concept to promote the facility horticulture development.Which means the facility horticulture should drove by the technological progress,sustained by the new style operators,facilitated by the industrial cluster,supported by the modern financial thoughts,served by the intentionlly built marketing systems.
