As countries health China strategy is put forward,the state of traditional Chinese medicine industry has also made clear instructions,requirements of traditional Chinese medicine industry based on powerful industrial foundation,develop the potential value of traditional Chinese medicine,follow the direction of market demand trends,cutting-edge technology,innovative product research and development and application,building a perfect system of traditional Chinese medicine research and development,production,sales,service and meet the demand of national people's health.Yunnan baiyao,as a famous enterprise brand of "Chinese time-honored brand",is in the leading position in Chinese traditional medicine industry and has great influence on the industry.From since China launched the strategy of "new baiyao,big health",yunnan baiyao continued around the concept of "great health",continuously expand the border,formed the yunnan baiyao toothpaste,mask,tea,personal care and other health products,therefore,in this context of yunnan baiyao big health business model analysis of the business,to develop yunnan baiyao group's overall business,strengthen and consolidate the yunnan baiyao group market competitive position.Paper studies the integrated use of survey method,4 p's marketing theory,the SWOT analysis method,the health of yunnan baiyao group of big business in detail,points out that the main problems of health service,and for the above problem proposes Suggestions and countermeasures to perfect the big health business,on this basis,for the future of business model are discussed.Research achievements:(1)From revenue,growth in four dimensions,prices,research and development,under the big health business of toothpaste,mask,tea,personal care and other products for the thorough analysis,pointed out that the current imbalance in the structure of products have big health business revenue and core products encounter bottlenecks,lack of high value-added products,the lack of r&d and so on four big problems,and briefly analyzed the cause of problem.(2)Using the SWOT analysis method,from the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats four dimensions detailed analysis,points out that yunnan baiyao health business in market positioning,sales channel,brand,technology and resources has significant advantages,in the electrical business opportunities and revenue structure there is a disadvantage,in the face of consumer upgrades,policy support opportunities at the same time,also facing market competition and disappearance of demographic dividend potential threat.(3)In view of the problems existing in the large health business of yunnan baiyao,Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the current large health business,mainly including actively cultivating new revenue growth point,enhancing product added value through technological innovation,and continuously increasing the r&d input of large health business products.(4)A new business model of "Internet + great health" was proposed for the big health business of yunnan baiyao,and then 4P's marketing theory was applied to elaborate the composition of the business model from the aspects of product,price,channel and promotion.At the product level,this business model takes precision medicine,cosmeceuticals customization and high-end health maintenance as its service contents,and builds large health products and services with high added value through integration with Internet technology.At the price level,the "membership" charging strategy and differentiated pricing strategy are implemented to improve customer stickiness.In terms of channels,the "Internet + great health" business model is promoted mainly through the construction of yunnan baiyao experience hall,yunnan baiyao health maintenance base and information platform.In terms of promotion measures,regular experience and member promotion activities can be considered.In addition,in view of the technical and resource shortage problems that the business model may face,this paper proposes the initial development idea of selecting partners for joint development,joint pricing and joint promotion.This thesis discusses the "Internet + big health" business model,and its main advantage is that can solve the yunnan baiyao big healthy business due to theunbalanced revenue structure,toothpaste products encounter bottlenecks and urgently need to seek new growth point of the problem,at the same time,to effectively improve health business added value of products and services,enhance and strengthen the competitiveness of yunnan baiyao group and market position.
