The Preprocessing Method Of Process Industry Production Data

Production process data usually implies information such as process parameters,equipment status,and regulation strategies.With the rapid development of big data technology,the value of these data has been gradually explored and valued.By analyzing,modeling and utilizing production data,intelligent control of industrial production can be realized.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and modeling,preprocessing of production data is an indispensable procedure.At present,data preprocessing mainly depends on the personal experience of data analysts,and a complete and mature data preprocessing system has not yet been established.Therefore,both the efficiency of data preprocessing and the quality of data after preprocessing show different performance.In this paper,the process industry production data is taken as the research object.According to the characteristics of the process industry production data,the data preprocessing method system is improved,which can effectively improve the preprocessing efficiency and quality of the process industry production data.Taking the characteristics of process industry production data into consideration,this paper improves the method system of data preprocessing,which can effectively improve the quality of preprocessed data.Firstly,this paper investigates the domestic and foreign research situations of industrial data preprocessing,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different preprocessing methods,and puts forward a general framework for preprocessing of process industrial production data.The framework is mainly divided into three parts:(1)classified management of missing values in multi-dimensional time series data;(2)data noise processing based on self-similarity characteristics;(3)dimension selection based on prior knowledge.On this basis,a prototype of preprocessing system for process industry production data is designed and completed.Finally,the data preprocessing experiment of cement burning system in Y enterprise is carried out.The experimental results show that the data preprocessing framework can not only complete data pre-processing work,but also effectively improve the data quality.
