With the process of globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises in China has to face the challenge on how to develop sustainable advantage.Therefore,it's very important for enterprises to enhance yield by building 100% traceability system.The data can be used to help improve production quality.This thesis is based requirement analysis.The whole quality tracibility system constructionlogistic introduce in the paper.Using data visulazition and statistic process control tools to analysis tracibility system's data.Meanwhile,six sigma process improvement methodology,using DMAIC model to make continuous improvement traceability system until reaching the goal of 100% traceability.According to "man,machine,material,method,environment,measurement" to identify the root cause of the problem and ultimately to improve yield through continuous improvement of production processes.At the same time,the enterprises can get stable yield rate by process optimization.The goal of tracibility system is used to adapt Industry 4.0 environment in the future.
