Nowadays,more and more young consumers try to express their individuality and unique aesthetic by buying differentiated products.Therefore,the independent designer brand arises at this historic moment in order to meet the new consumption demand of diversification,quality and differentiation.Now,this field is still in its infancy,the model of brand building and product development is immature.So it is essential to find the factors that restrict its development and put forward corresponding solutions.This paper takes the product of the independent designer furniture brand as the research subject and aims to delve into the problem of brand development from the current product situation and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.The core elements and methods of the study are as follows:(1)Through the literature analysis fully understand the overall development of China's furniture manufacturing industry and the research status of the independent designer furniture brand at home and abroad;Clarify the theoretical significance and the background of industry and times,arise the purposes,ideas and core content of this research.(2)Using the method of desktop survey and literature analysis,summarizes and lists the related concepts and the meanings used in the article,which provides scientific theoretical support for further in-depth research.Finally defines the scope of the research object involved in this article.(3)Through the questionnaire survey method,systematically analyzed the development status and product satisfaction of the independent designer furniture brand in China,and then classified and summarized the existing problems of independent designer furniture brand.(4)Through the desktop survey and in-depth survey collects product information of independent designer furniture brand and establish the product database.Then deeply analyzes product family,product material,product style,product production mode and other aspects.Finally deduces the essential cause of the above phenomenon step by step.(5)Aiming at the above problems and limiting factors,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions from product combination,product differentiation,product development and so on,including optimizing product family strategy,product differentiation strategy,brand service differentiation strategy,market segmentation strategy,product positioning strategy,design alliance strategy and so on.Finally,combined with the industry development environment and the new consumer demand,this article strives to find a good,healthy and sustainable development road and provides advice and suggestions for future product development of the independent designer furniture brand.
