As a typical represent of retail trade,supermarket is facing the increasing pressure of survival and development,especially under the impact of the new retail mode on the Internet,while it is urgent to find solutions after its booming more than 20 years.Performance management is an important means of human resource management for enterprises.It can stimulate staffs' potentialities and increase the work efficiency.After that,it will boost the enterprises to achieve its strategic targets.For the ML supermarket,the staff performance management system is inefficient because of its lagging behind the systematic management.In conclusion,it has already became the significant question for managers to increase the work efficiency by analyzing and using the system of staff performance management.This paper will take the ML supermarket as the research object and optimize its staff performance management system as a whole by systematic thinking.Firstly,we will analyze the actual system and find out the prominent problems based on a large number of relevant documents from domestic and foreign by interviews,questionnaires and so on.We will also analyze the causes from four aspects:cognition,implementation,training and security.Secondly,we will combine the situation of ML and optimize the system of staff performance indicator system from designing,guiding,assessing,feedback and encouraging according to its problems.In this step,we will reset the key indexes.To ensure the implementation of the optimized system,we have assurances in thinkin,leading,implementing and culture.This paper aimed at forming a reasonable,precise and overall system which avoiding the disadvantages of assessment only in the traditional one.Through this research,we hope to help ML and the other supermarkets of the same type.
