Enterprise performance management has been put into practice in China for a long time.At present,how to maintain the continuous competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,the production quality should meet the standards and the enterprise performance management should not be ignored.Enterprise performance management has a great significant me aning in business process.It is the crux of the sustainable development of enterprises,it attracts more attention of the operators.The ways and concepts of enterprise performance management are adopted in more and more companies.Owing to short time of development of enterprise performance management in China,and the influence of traditional management ideas,the performance evaluation index is the only factor considered in Chinese enterprises performance management.The performance management problems are very common,such as the lacking of feedback and application.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to solve to establish a scientific and reasonable performance scheme,ensure the greatest effect on performance management and improve benefits constantly.In this paper,Huomei Carbon Company is taken as a research goal,with a large number of performance management theory and practice of the relevant information,by means of literature research method,case analysis method and sites visits method,the paper makes an extensive and intensive research of performance management in Huomei Carbon Company,combined with the actual situation of the company,the paper gives the strategies and suggestions of enterprise performance management.There 5 parts in the paper.The first part is introduction.Through the research of background,aims and meanings of performance management,the exposition of the situation home and abroad,as well as the description of research contents and methods,it summarized the innovation of the paper.The second part,the performance management overview.The paper analyzed and explained the definition,contents and methods of enterprise performance management,in order to make the research andpractice more deeply.The third part,the current situation of performance management of Huomei Carbon Company.Briefly reviewing of the introduction of the company,the performance management process and features,pointed out the problems existed at present,in order to analyze the reasons.The fourth part,to optimize performance management of Huomei Carbon Company.The paper analyzed the design goals and principles of performance management of the company,the improvement of performance management system and the safeguard measures of implementation.The fifth part is conclusion.The innovation points of the paper are its contents and views.It is aimed at perfecti ng the performance management system to make the development of Huomei Carbon C ompany better and faster.
