| AGV(Automated Guided Vehicles)Also known as unmanned vehicles,automatic navigation vehicles,laser navigation vehicles.Its remarkable characteristic is unmanned,AGV equipped with automatic guidance system,can guarantee the system without the need for human pilot case can along the predetermined line automatically,the goods or materials automatically from the starting point of delivery to the destination.Another feature of the AGV is of good flexibility,high automation and high intelligent level,AGV route according to the storage requirements,production process change and flexible transfer line change,conveyor belt and rigid and running path change cost is very low compared with the conventional.AGV is generally equipped with loading and unloading mechanism,can be automatically connected with other logistics equipment,the realization of goods and materials handling and handling of the whole process automation.In addition,AGV also has the characteristics of clean production,AGV rely on its own battery to provide power,the operation of the process of no noise,no pollution,can be applied in many places requiring clean working environment.In this thesis,based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research status,this thesis takes C company AGV car import project As the research object,this thesis establishes the research framework of cost management,and studies the method and application of cost management of AGV car import project of C company in a comprehensive and systematic way,which is mainly carried out from the following three aspects:(1)based on the cost management of the project cost management,introduces the main content,cost control is one of the six parts is the core module of the cost management;secondly,the origin of earned value,and the research on the basic factors of earned value management are key to reveal.This chapter introduces the theoretical basis for the subsequent elaboration based on Earned Value Analysis of cost management methods to pave the way for research.(2)the system of earned value method is described systematically,and compared with the traditional cost control method.This thesis uses the earned value analysis method,the value analysis method on the parameters of the theory and analysis method of earned value analysis to explain how to conduct the cost control in project management to earn,so as to achieve the progress and quality control.(3)the earned value method is applied to the project cost management of AGV car import project of C company,and the cost of the project is analyzed by the working principle of earned value method and the static earned value analysis and dynamic earned value analysis.Static earned value analysis mainly through the static earned value principle,forming the structure of the cost control system,through the data of project cost management in the construction process of the project implementation in the process of cost calculation;dynamic earned value analysis mainly through the synchronous monitoring system cost and schedule of the construction process monitoring,data analysis on the value of earning during project execution,the unfinished project cost and schedule prediction,the final completion of the entire project to cost and construction period prediction,project managers can understand the development trend of the project.Through the analysis of the reasons for the deviation of earned value data,and timely analysis of the deviation in the implementation of the project and make appropriate corrective measures.This thesis studies the cost management method based on earned value analysis,using this method to analyze the project management method into the C AGV car company,the establishment of a joint monitoring system of cost and schedule,which achieves the ideal performance objectives of the project. |
