Therefore, in order to successfully achieve the project objectives, project construction process monitoring is essential. Objectives in project management systems, quality, schedule, cost is an important goal. This will cost and quality objectives as a prerequisite of progress goals, cost-to jointly monitor the progress of the Performance Evaluation of Earned Value for the study, in the project cost-to jointly monitor the progress of the theoretical methods and implementation techniques of a comprehensive reading and literature study.In this paper, theoretical review, the use of layers, and decomposition methods, from project to project management and then to the final element of project management to the project cost-performance evaluation of the progress of earned value analysis.
