Study On Improvement Countermeasures And Development For Inclusive Finance In Tibet

Inclusive Financial System refers to a financial system that can effectively and comprehensively serve all sectors of society and society as a whole.The financial services generally benefit all groups of society,especially for poverty-stricken areas,ethnic minority areas and remote areas.In 2016,the State Council issued the "Promotion of Inclusive Financial System Development Plan(2016-2020)".It is an inevitable requirement for Tibet to build a well-off society in an all-round way.It is not only conducive to the prosperity and development of the social economy,but also has the advantages of promoting the prosperity and development of the economy and the development of the well-off society,Which will help to improve the social fairness and the efficiency of resource allocation,and promote the sustainable and balanced development of the whole society and boost Tibet's long-term stability.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the article,expounds the connotation and basic theory content of Inclusive Financial System,and combs the development process of Inclusive Finance both at home and abroad.Then this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Inclusive finance in Tibet from the aspects of macro policy,infrastructure environment,service supply and demand and customer education.This paper selects the number of financial institutions and financial worker in the population and area,the development of deposits and loans in population and GDP and establishes the index system of Inclusive Finance development.This paper quantitatively measures the Inclusive Finance development index of Tibet in the geographical latitude of the cities and the agricultural and pastoral areas,and also measures the Inclusive Finance development index of Tibet in the time series of the 2010-2016 time series,and compares and analyzes the measurement results.According to the measurement results and analysis of the influence factors of Tibet Inclusive Financial development,this paper put forward 11 policy suggestions as follows: to establish a reasonable understanding of the concept,strengthen the government's overall planning and policy guidance,the implementation of differentiated regulatory policy,strengthen infrastructure construction,improve the agricultural and pastoral areas of financial ecological environment,and strengthen the popularization of information technology to promote the innovation of financial products and services,increase the traditional financial institutions and new Internet financial cooperation,the introduction of appropriate inclusive financial competition mechanism,and provide effective financial education for customers,protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers.This article believes that,in Tibet's economic and social leap forward development of good prospects,Inclusive Financial development in Tibet will usher in a better tomorrow in the future.
