The WeMedia business platform is an innovative business cooperation platform,designed to meet demands of internet content marketing,product and brand promotion for business customers and provide business opportunities for WeMedia.The mission of semiotics is figuring out how do the interpretation and substance mix in human understanding.In the reaearch of the WeMedia business platform user experience,it is important to minning the relationship among users' behavior,interpretation and user experience elements of business cooperation through the platform.Therefore,the research of the WeMedia business platform is carried out under the semiotics.In the theoretical research,we analyze the product type of the WeMedia platform and sort out the functions and information architecture.Through the user research,we construct user segmentation and personas,defining the business goals and user objectives.In the study,tutuorial theoretical models are constructed combined of semiotics and user experience.From the perspective of sign communication,sign communication model of the WeMedia business platform user experience is constructed.It is clear that the platform is a part of the coding rules of sign communication between enterprise users and self-media users.From the three dimensions of semiotics,semantics and pragmatics,based on the user experience design principle and the product features of the platform,the user experience language specification of the WeMedia business platform is built.According to the sign model of Pierce,the user's operation behavior is regarded as object,the user experience elements of the platform is regarded as medium and the signification of user' s behavior is regarded as interpretant in sign model.The sign model of the WeMedia business platform user experience is constructed through the mapping relationship among these three items.In the experimental study,through the usability test and user behavior observation,the mapping relationship is constructed among user operation behavior,nodes and significations.The families of signification of semantic layer are extract by card sorting and cluster analysis,including the problems of the platform and the expectation of users.According to the result of experimental study,the user experience optimization design of key tasks is practiced and the high-fidelity models are evaluated by the user experience experts.And the validity of the theoretical model and experimental results are verified as well.This study explores the existing problems and inherent causes of the WeMedia business platform user experience from the semiotic perspective,and proposes optimizing design.The new idea of applying semiotics to the research practice in the field of user experience has been realized.
