In 2015,the action program guiding "China manufacturing 2025" further emphasized that the strategy of manufacturing power is one of the important strategies for our country.The level of construction of the manufacturing industry is not only the direct manifestation of the economic strength,global competitiveness,but also the key factor that affects the development and world status of a country in the future.In addition,industrialization and information technology integration and intelligent manufacturing have drawn much attention,which also puts higher demands on the manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry in our country faces many problems and equipment failure is one of the key problems companies have to face.At present,the manufacturing equipment has a certain probability of failure at any time and this situation is bound to disrupt the production plan.It not only affects the profitability of the enterprise,but also affects the business reputation and prospects.Therefore,the machine repair problem in the manufacturing enterprises needs to be solved.In addition,as manufacturers have recognized the need for equipment maintenance,many companies have turned equipment maintenance into one of their daily work.Because the maintenance and repair strategies are both closely related to the equipment,this thesis considers the repair and maintenance issues into a same framework.Based on the consideration of multiple homogeneous equipment,this thesis presents two strategies,taking into account the maintenance of the failure rate coefficient and proficiency coefficient.Queuing theory is used in the model and we consider equipment failure cost,repair costs,maintenance costs,personnel idle costs and so on to provide enterprises with ways to reduce costs.
