From 2009 to 2014, China’s automobile production and sales for six consecutive years to maintain the world’s first. By the end of 2014, China’s car population reached 154 million.In 2014, the size of the automobile market in China has reached 700 billion yuan, the number of China’s Internet users reached 649 million people,and mobile phone users scale reached up to 557 million people. But the car maintenance mode still not mature enough, which are in the dilemma in Service transparency, rationalization charges, business level and so many aspects of consumer concern. China’s huge market size and Internet users make a large number of O2O companies emerge. After a detailed analysis,we see that the current e-commerce platform can be a good solution to the traditional model, dealing with the price, transparency and other issues. But there is a big bottleneck in the current e-commerce model,and ties up the development of the business, because it can only be a simple parts of the sale and maintenance, can not achieve the depth of the vehicle maintenance and replacement of complex parts.Found on the basis of the current business model of maintenance of electronic business model, in this paper, the automobile maintenance service platform based on the manufacturing enterprise is selected as the research direction. A large number of research and analysis has been done due to the experience in automobile manufacturing enterprise and company’s plan to expand the Automotive Aftermarket. This put forward a new model for manufacturing enterprises, solving the existing service and maintenance of electronic business platform bottleneck.Company should Make full use of the vehicle manufacturing enterprises strong purchasing power, bargaining power, production capacity, the integration of the system to integrate the B terminal parts manufacturers resources. Under the traditional mode of sales manufacturers did not face consumers, resulting in no consumer resources. A new model is proposed in the article, which is to integrate C terminal resources through the establishment of the line detection of storage center, that the owners provide free testing of the way, and to achieve deep repair and replacement of complex parts through the impartial, independent third party testing report under the combination of line service providers to build 020 channels,on this basis, from the specific operational level, combined with the characteristics of then-own vehicle manufacturing enterprises, in the development of business, this article provides operational strategies, solving the market positioning, and the development of various stages of marketing, expansion, and a series of problems. This has a certain theoretical and practical recommendations to the development of the model of automobile maintenance service platform and to do maintenance 020 business for the manufacturing enterprise.
